What to Expect During Installation
When you sign up for our high speed wireless internet service, we’ll first determine what tower you’re in the range of.
Then a service technician will come to your home or business and install the proper equipment to receive the wireless signal. This process may include finding an appropriate outbuilding to install a receiving mast on.
Due to trees or positioning of buildings, there may be a need to install the mast on a taller structure or install a tower on your property. Don’t worry, we’ll always ensure you’re getting the best signal.
